I love the News Feed settings on Facebook. It’s great that you can still remain ‘Friends’ with someone, and yet opt out of receiving hourly updates about their pathetic lives.

Trying to lose weight.
So what do I do? Start craving chocolate and then go out and buy a dairy milk caramel, a ripple and some fruit pastilles. And I’ve been drinking cherry tango all day. And I’ve had a greggs sausage roll and a subway today.
