Overwhelmed with the urge to write a novel. I don’t know if this is because I’m an English student, or just something that happens to you after being a Tumblrer for so long, but there it is.
I’ve written a paragraph. It’s already clearly a short story. I can’t think far enough ahead to plan an entire novel. It’s a nice start though :)
So reading my books for third year in the form of free pdfs I’ve managed to find on the internet has proven to be extremely successful so far. Before downloading these, I had started reading A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man on the last train journey back from Sheffield before summer started. I had managed to get about 30 pages in. Since then I hadn’t bothered to read any more.

I’m sorry, but Time by Hans Zimmer is the best song ever composed. Fuck Mozart, screw Beethoven - this songs evokes pure emotion EVERY single time I listen to it. And no, I don’t just mean it makes me bawl. Although it does, but that is not the point.

I don’t even see why it was necessary to mention their religion, when Chechnya is predominantly Muslim and they stated that there is a lot of conflict going on back in the part of Chechnya that they’re from. So clearly is more about their birthplace, rather than their religion.
